One of the most critical gaps in care is that there has been no centralized location where survivors of domestic violence can access all the resources they need. Rather, domestic violence services and complimentary programs are dispersed throughout Orange County. The different offices can be difficult to access, which can create additional stress on someone trying to escape an already difficult situation.
